Message	problems with my Sport 700s and MSP manis (Oil drain tube would not fit), Mike took the time to resolve the issue quickly and professionally even though I think this was a JWT issue. In the end I received new Oil drain tube. Mike was very helpful and took my calls personally. I am anxiously awaiting the Inlet pipes:).
